OASIS Small Business is a multiple award, IDIQ contract that provides flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services including: Program Management, Management Consulting, Engineering, Scientific, Logistics, and Financial Services. Several government customers have signed Memorandums of Understanding to use OASIS as a Strategic Sourcing Contract Vehicle. MELE has the ability to team with multiple companies for OASIS and please contact the POC on this page.
