Meet Lauren P., a Management Analyst at MELE who supports the National Nuclear Security Administration’s Office of Infrastructure (NA-90), where she functions as a Human Resources Liaison (HRL). As an HRL, Lauren provides guidance and advice to NA-90 leadership on recruitment strategies and hiring processes, ensuring these efforts align with organizational goals.
Lauren has been a member of the MELE family since 2022 and is part of the company’s remote workforce. Prior to joining MELE, she was the Talent Engagement Team Lead at Kelly Government Solutions supporting the company’s contractor employees at the National Institutes of Health.
“The best parts of my job are working alongside talented colleagues and supporting NNSA’s infrastructure initiatives through effective talent management,” shared Lauren. “I enjoy being part of an organization that supports critical government initiatives as it provides a sense of purpose and fulfillment in my work,” she added.

Lauren grew up in Maryland and still lives there with her husband, daughter, and two dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and boating.
