Meet Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager Theo K. Theo leads and manages the MELE recruitment team and works closely with senior leadership to understand their hiring requirements within the context of market dynamics and broader customer contract objectives. She oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing talent, interviewing candidates, and creating and executing offers, among other responsibilities.
Prior to joining the MELE family, Theo was a recruiter for Amazon Web Services (AWS). Before her stint with AWS, she spent more than 13 years as a recruiter for Oracle. Theo has been with MELE for less than a year and has already secured scores of key hires while learning the business and the nuances of government contract recruiting.

We also do meaningful national security work at MELE and I feel MELE’s values align with my personal values, which helps me stay connected and productive,” shared Theo.

Theo grew up in Evansville, Indiana, the youngest of six kids. She spent her childhood working at her family’s dry cleaning business, which was started in 1914 by her grandparents of Greek descent. When not working, Theo and her husband, Tom, who have been married for over 20 years, enjoy rooting year-round for their kids (George, 18, and Lily, 15) who play multiple sports, including baseball, volleyball, golf, and Bocce. Theo and Tom, who is from Long Island, are also avid Yankees fans.
