Employee Spotlight: Brandy F.

Meet Brandy F. who is MELE’s Payroll Administrator. Brandy works out of MELE’s Rockville, Maryland headquarters and has been with the company for about a year. Prior to joining the MELE team, she was an HR Coordinator at iProcess Online, where the work was complex and challenging. Brandy brings a decade of payroll experience to her role at MELE.

“The best part of my job and why I love payroll is because I get to help people. I’m helping indirectly by making sure our employees are paid and can take care of their families…I love the family type culture that MELE provides and the flexibility,” shared Brandy. 

Brandy does an outstanding job. She brings strong payroll experience to the team and is such a diligent person. Recently, she stepped up to take on other responsibilities when we were shorthanded in accounting. That was a tremendous help and I felt like we didn’t lose a step because of Brandy’s extra effort,” stated MELE’s CFO Janice Gordon. 

Brandy was born in Anaheim, California but grew up in Pasadena, Maryland. When not working at MELE, Brandy has a second job as an Assistant Manager at Dunkin’ Donuts. And when not working at MELE or Dunkin’, she enjoys spending time out in nature with her boyfriend, learning to cook Latin food, and planning get togethers with her six children and her grandchildren.
