Meet Kurt W. who is MELE’s Help Desk Manager. He is responsible for receiving, assessing, and resolving IT issues across the company. Kurt has been with MELE for 15 years, making him one of MELE’s longer tenured team members. Prior to joining MELE, Kurt was in the Home Technology Installation field.
“I like helping people fix their IT issues. I get a lot of satisfaction out of solving problems—it makes me feel great when I can help my colleagues out,” shared Kurt. “I enjoy working at MELE because of the people and the family-oriented vibe, which makes it easy to work here.”
“Kurt does an amazing job and is always ready to lend a hand, even when it means working long hours on the weekend when there’s an urgent need. He is a key part of our IT and operations team. What Kurt does flies under the radar sometimes but is critical to business operations running smoothly. Kurt is always there when you need him,” stated VP/CTO Ron Colbert.
Kurt grew up in upstate New York. When he is not fixing an IT issue, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids.
