Meet Chantal W., a Contract Security Specialist at MELE. She is part of MELE’s remote/telework staff, and she works with the NA-MB-21 Acquisitions Team, which is part of MELE’s Department of Energy contract portfolio.
Prior to joining MELE in 2022, Chantal worked for 20 years at the Pentagon for the Department of Defense as a Government Travel Specialist. Her two decades of experience in this role helps her review Contract Travel Authorizations and ensure their consistent accuracy.
“I find my work very rewarding. If I do my part correctly, someone is that much closer to starting a new career or advancing in an old one. I love working for MELE because I feel appreciated by everyone, and I appreciate all of them,” shared Chantal.
In her spare time Chantal loves to travel. She recently enjoyed a 10-day Mediterranean Cruise to celebrate her 60th Birthday. She also loves spending time with her two children and two grandsons.
