Rockville, Maryland, January 16, 2025— MELE Associates, Inc. (MELE), a veteran and minority-owned government contractor with more than three decades of success serving U.S. federal, state, and local agencies and international organizations, announced today that it recently passed its International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Quality Management Services Surveillance Assessment.
MELE earned its ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management Services) certification in 2022. ISO requires annual surveillance assessments of organizations that hold ISO certifications. TCB Audit Services (TCB) conducted the assessment in December of 2024 during a three-day audit. MELE received no minor or major corrective actions as part of TCB’s audit. Compliance Analyst Michael Katz led MELE’s assessment efforts, which included senior staff members from various functions across the organization.
